Nourish + Thrive, formerly known as NAHF Meal Prep, is a joint venture born from the partnership between Natural Approach Health & Fitness and The Vault Cafe. Managed by Maria Daniels and LauraBeth Hunt, both with deep roots in the wellness industry, we are driven by a shared passion for creating wholesome, nourishing meals that fuel your body and support your health journey.

All of our meals are thoughtfully prepared in The Vault Cafe, located in Russellville, Ohio. We currently offer convenient pickup and local delivery options, ensuring fresh, high-quality meals for our customers. We love connecting with our community and welcome special requests to better support your unique wellness goals.

I would love to be able to provide my family with fresh, healthy, unprocessed meals every day, but it has never worked out for me! I end up buying all the healthy foods at the grocery store, but then I’m too tired after working all day, so it ends up going to waste, and we eat out more than we should. Since we started ordering our meals with Maria at NAHF, I have been able to save money, eat healthier, and my kitchen has been way cleaner!! It’s such a blessing to be able to come home at the end of the day and have a nutritious ready in minutes with no cleanup! I am also a little picky, but I can simply modify any meal! I hope she provides this service forever!!!
